Structure

Used fixing bolts and dowels provided by Updinamic

Verified anchorage strength of bolts/bolts on wall/supporting structure

Tightening bolts/bolts with torque wrench as per manufacturer's data sheet

Chains were installed correctly with pins and cotter pins provided by updinamic (in case of 2 chains tension both chains by balancing the load)

Anti-tilt bolts have been inserted at the end of the rails (to prevent the bogie from slipping out of the rails, not valid for RT-type installations)

The max stroke of the system (overtravel) has been checked

The mechanical supports at each floor are stable and safe

The mechanics of the support hooks are smooth and well greased

There are no dangerous indentations within the compartment (resegrations, beams, irons or any other subsequently installed objects, e.g., door handles)

Photocells always present on open sides (mandatory only for facilities with driver on board)

At each floor, if the space between walls and platform, and between landing and platform is between 20mm and 150mm there must be a chamfer on the wall

Along the whole height of the running compartment, the distance between platform and walls is always less than 150mm, if greater than 150mm there must be physical protection

Pipes and cables have been placed so that they cannot be damaged

The climbing speed is less than 15cm/s

The descent speed is less than 15cm/s

Emergency stop stops the system in any situation

Electric locks are powered only with the presence of the platform on the corresponding floor

The electric locks are installed correctly and the engagement is mechanically safe

The system does not work with the doors open

Doors and perimeter guards are solid to blind or dense mesh walls max 12x12mm

All present limit switches are functioning properly

All signal lamps match

The cable reaching the moving part is well fixed without risk of entanglement

The system stops if the photocells on the open sides (if any) are passed

Doors were mounted in bubble

Doors are installed max 10cm from the compartment with possibility of opening from inside

Doors must open outward

Strut and pit stop have been installed and verified (strut if present)

Overload test: plant capacity + 10%

Plant engineering

Place control unit and electrical panel in an area not accessible to unauthorized persons

Permanent Power Supply Available

The technical area must be provided with lighting

The technical area must be ventilated

The system is delivered with the pressure calibrated as per the final load test

ATTENTION: The installer declares that they have performed all installation procedures only after reading and understanding the instructions in the machine’s installation manual. The installer assumes responsibility for this declaration. To receive the Certificate of Conformity and the CE label to be affixed to the system, the form must be completed in its entirety and reviewed by Updinamic technicians.
